Corinne Mitchell has extensive living and travel experience – including backpacking through Europe for 10 months, backpacking Round The World (RTW) for 3 years, living in Europe for 7 years, and about 4 years worth of long vacation trips (over 4 weeks each) in North America.
p.s.: adult koalas are not soft and cuddly. Their fur is very bristly. The zookeeper had trouble getting the koalas to leave our arms.
Corinne obtained her nursing degree BScN at McGill University in Montreal. One cross-over benefit for our travel experiences are her communication skills. Because people could sense her genuine interest and empathy, we had many experiences talking with the local people all over the world. We were amazed how open people were, even sharing personal stories with us.
Before moving to Rome, she enrolled in the travel consultant program at Grant MacEwan University. Corinne is an avid chef and learned about the cuisines of many of the countries we travelled to. As a result of our travels, she frequently makes authentic Asian cuisine.
